REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Self motivated & strong desire to succeed in the food service industry
• Have the independence, initiative and desire to achieve
• An attitude of genuine passion for teamwork, guiding and developing associates
• The ability to provide guests with a friendly atmosphere where they can relax and enjoy a great    dining experience
• 1+ years of hands on restaurant management experience
• Successful management experience in a medium to high volume restaurant or equivalent experience
• Ability to achieve sales and profit objectives
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to relocate after a 14 week MIT program
• Valid drivers license / Reliable transportation / No felony convictions
