Must have a solid Project Management Experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Will Manage 4 direct reports and 4 indirects responsible for all facilities engineering for this $800 million fast track pharmaceutical company.
Facilities construction and modification; All Utilities (including HEPA Filtration).
Management of large construction projects and contractors.

Activities include capital planning, project development and implementation, facilities maintenance and improvement, all environmental regulatory matters, safety administration and housekeeping.
Provide guidance to major operations improvement studies through the Manager, Operations Analysis.
Manager all disciplines of Engineering: Mechanical Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Packaging or Environmental, be they in house contracted consulting services.

Will review specifications and determine the critical aspects of: Facilities, Utilities, Computers Systems, and Equipment as they relate to product and process quality.
Education:
Required is a BS Engineering or Technical degree.
Experience:
2 years relative experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Physical and/or Other Requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will write Qualification Protocols that challenge critical aspects of: Facilities, Utilities, Computers Systems, and Equipment and that make record of test results related.
Will act as a liaison between the product developmental and manufacturing groups.
Will produce Final reports that clearly identify the results of protocol testing and conditions of release for: Facilities, Utilities, Computers Systems, and Equipment.
Will operate in compliance with cGMPS.

Previous project management experience in a formal team environments with the pharmaceutical industry.

Develop and modify a plant project management system that dispositions, monitors and reports on site projects.
Oversee the plant project management system and track projects and timelines to ensure timely and effectrive completion.
Act as a liaison in the plant to assist in corrdinating project related activities and removing obstacles to their completion.
